hello imc-financers

i have been working on the 2nd big shipment of computers to south america
project. while imc's in south america are organizing paper work and funds
required to receive the computers, we have found storage for the computers
in the bay area.

we are currently storing ~200 computers and other electronic goods in a 40
x 8ft shipping container in richmond, and hope to store ~50 more from
portland imc before shipping south.

we just held a meeting today of people involved in both the shipping and
receiving ends of this project, and it looks like the boxes will be ready
to be shipped very soon. most of the shipping cost will be covered by the
funds this project has raised.

below is a summary of the payments accrued at the oakland end of this
project:

*current payments:
-storage: $220, (before may 14th, or late fees accrued) for box storage
for the month of may

*future payments:
-storage: $0, hopefully no more payment in the u.s. because we will move
the boxes out of storage before june 1st
-moving boxes: ~$200 to rent a flat bed truck and fork lift and transport
to oakland docks

*past, yet to be reimbursed payments:
-moving and storage for month of march: $400, http://tinyurl.com/aykv

(and for the record)
*past reimbursed payments:
-storage and forklift: $250, for month of april http://tinyurl.com/auh9

due to an urgent need to move the boxes into storage last march, i made
the payments with my credit card.

i am not sure on the imc-finance process, so please let me know where i
should go next with my requests:

-$220 before may 14th for current storage payments
-further discussion about potential of receiving $400 for past payments
-further discussion about potential of receiving $200 for future payments

thanks
mic
