[Imc-finance] EMERGENCY PROPOSAL REQUEST FOR 50 DOLLARS

Dear IMCistas:

Some IMC volunteers are right now in Barranquilla, Colombia 
for a Communication Conference. We=B4ve been in touch with some 
of the new IMC Colombia members and Pablo from IMC Brazil was 
supposed to pass by Bogota (where most of the collective is 
located) to meet the new group. However, Pablo=B4s ticket was 
issued by the Conference organizers and in order to make a 
two day stop in Bogota, the air line is charging an extra 50 
dollars. As Pablo doesnt have the money and it is in the 
interest of the network to have an Indymedia in Colombia and 
it=B4s also a very small ammount, we would like to ask the IMC 
Finance to fund this ticket change expense so one 
representative from the IMC network can meet this aspiring 
Indymedia group in Colombia and help them get introduced to 
the network through a face to face meeting.
