I agree that this should probably come from an European source to you for right now.

Are you aware of "tech solidarity" at lists.indy which has almost mailed a second cargo container to South America?  We have some need with your Beiruit, also with Irak, and Casmere could use some too.  Kurdistan has interests, but no planned imc....Lost of possible destinations, perhaps I should say its time to look at big donors/angels.  Local Boeing is reputed to be storing by the thousands ...perhaps...could we cross this with the fundraisers/grant contacts and see what we can incubate?
