[Imc-finance] What is the procedure?

Hoi,
I think it is great that there is such a complete wiki-page for
imc-finance, but in the current form (and as especially for a newcomer) one
is forced to jump from email to email (which contain more then what I am
looking for) without knowing which is the accepted version at the end any
more. And some links don't work :-(
Therefore I would find it much more helpful to put the method and process
directly on the page as well.
***process***
this is as much as i can find in one of the mails, while some of the links
given in mails do not work
1. 2-week long discussion period;
2. Week-long discussion extensions by request;
3. Clearly defined decision deadlines;
4. Posting pending working group decisions/deadlines to our summary page.
- but to be honest that doesn't tell me for example whether an objection
needs to contain the word "block", and whether I have to repeat it in each
extension period if we feel that the concerns have not been answered
*** and some more questions ***
what is meant by:
i. Translation timeframe;
ii. Sunset clause;
iii. IMC Finance Methodology.
And a last question: how is the rotation of facilitators every 2 months
organized?
Sorry for all this questions. I know that some things look very simple once
one understands it, but sometimes coming new to a working group is all
looks rather complicated.
But then again: recapturing can also be a helpful thing for everybody :-)
Love and Solidiarity,
Clara
