correct me if i am mistaken
i feel that one can voice an opinion
IF a proposal has been changed
if the proposal was the same, we did not feel necessary to reiterate our dissent
and i think most other im who were not agreeing with the proposal did the same

i will let imc-finance know when italy imc comes to a conclusion
