Yo no puedo hablar como representativo de Indymedia Brasil. La situación es 
demasiado urgente y no tendremos reunión para sacar una posición colectiva. 
Pienso que en ese momento, necesitamos solidariedad para la lucha del 
pueblo boliviano, pero, por otro lado, me gustaría pedir a los compañeros 
de Bolivia que envíen un reporte diciendo para que necesiten los recursos. 
Pienso que por principio no deberíamos destinar fondos a colectivos que no 
sean para gastos especificados.

I can't speak as a liaison for Indymedia Brasil. Situation is too urgent 
and I won't be able to have a meeting in order to have a collective 
decision. I think that right now, it's very important to express solidarity 
to the struggle of the Bolivian people, but, on the other hand, I'd like to 
ask people in Bolivia to send a report on where they plan to spend the 
funds they are asking for. I think by principle we shouldn't give out funds 
without a specified use for it.
