Also, as a group, we tend to accept the domination of the "bookeeping approach" among us, instead of seeing that we supposed to be an instrument which should oversee the fair distribution (and enlargement) of the funds donated to IndyMedia. These funds were donated

Sheri and I have written several texts in these last two years, filled with suggestions on how to organise and maintain our financial process. It's easy to look them up, to update them, correct any errors, and use them to move on. Please have a look at them in the finances archives.
Maybe you wrote too many. I don't find it easy to look up texts in the
archive, cause of slow internet and I only have internet at work.
Nevertheless, I did read through mostly all the stuff that is linked to from
the twicki page.
It's a lot and not all of it is relevant and then it still doesn't tell me
what I could do. I find the twicki pages e.g. for NewImc much better
organized.
And I don't think anybody who I have encountered so far on this list is
reluctant to talk politics - at least in other circles they aren't. But
financing is usually a pretty dry and bureaucratic thing. If it shouldn't be
in imc then that definitly needs to become more clear on the twicki - cause
from reading that I got the impression that it works pretty much like other
financing groups.
So if you want to discuss politics here, maybe you should add that to the
twicki.
Another thing: communication seems pretty dead to me.
