thanks sascha for this. this is very helpful. some new folks to the list from puerto rico were asking about process and this is great.
can someone add this to the wiki? do we have any people who are good with wikis who could "clean up" the finance wiki on docs.indymedia.org. as blue mentioned, it hasn't been easy to find the critical information. i'd be happy to help with that project.
