Hi Occam! Permit me answer the second question before the first; the mail
requestion for delegates from the various imcs was sent to the following lists
:communication,process,imc-africa,imc-europe,ambazonia,nigeria,sa,zimbabwe,
canarias and i think Madiaq at least. And copies were sent to the contact email
address in the applications of forming imcs and groups trying to from imcs like
DRCongo group.

There after, all the replies were sumed up to create the list of delegates.
Of cost there after I've had to call some of the groups contact as well as mail
and call some of the delegates for personal information for those coming from
countries where visas are needed to go to Senegal.
As to the question which of these delegates will 100% come to Senegal; I'll say
all those on the list if they can afford the fare. They(their group) put their
names on the list of delegates for Senegal.
Except for South Africans who do not need visas, I wrote to all the others
asking for personal details to be used in preparing them invitations to help
them get visas via; names as in passports, passport numbers , present occupation
and addresses and all funished me with these informations.

I've as well kept mail contact with Antonio becuase we needed the personal
information of the two delegates to prepare them invitations for visas. I
equally had to call him during times when his reply to some of the details
required was not forthcoming by mail.

Here the language factor came into play. I had to translate the call for
delegates into french b4 sending it to them. But email response have been very
slow from their end. So most of our communication has been by phone.
