[Imc-finance] imc-wvl statement on finance-request dakar conference (En/Es)

[Es] imc-wvl acuerda con la propuesta de la conferencia de Dakar
Aunque nos gustaría dar énfasis a la importancia de que el imc-áfrica 
busque dinero por sus propios medios, como también que le reembolse 
parte del dinero al imc-finanza si posible.

Nota técnica: como algunos temas han sido puesto en cuestion en el día 
de hoy, mientras la fecha tope es mañana, creo entonces que esta tendrá 
que ser aplazada.

[En] imc-wvl agrees with the dakar conference proposal
altough we'd like to stress the importance of imc-africa going on 
looking for money themselfes as well and paying back part of the 
imc-finance money if possible

technical note: as there were questions raised yesterday, while the 
deadline is today, i guess the deadline will have to be postponed for 
some days
