[Imc-finance] re: Dakar

Hello Joeri, sphinx, imc-finance,

I think it will be important to hear an update from Sphinx on the status of 
how much money is still needed for the Africa delegations.  I know some 
money has already been received from donations and from a non-indymedia 
organization (foundation?) or two.  That's not covering all the delegates 
by any means, but it may impact the amount still needed.  Sphinx, I'm sure 
you're busy 24 hours a day right now because the conference is about to 
begin, but if you or someone else from the imc-africa list could offer an 
update I think everyone will appreciate it.
