[Imc-finance] Rollcall liaison imc-qc

Hi

I'm Edwin from imc-qc, a new imc in the Philippines.
We've just passed new-imc and imc-process. I'm doing
editorial work and outreach. Last Jan. 10 our
collective met and we divided liaison work among us. I
volunteered for finance together with aubrey while
others will liaison with other working groups. (You
