[Imc-finance] Re: Proposal 2004-F: Support for RNC Indymedia coverage -- up to $3, 000 U.S.

hi,

as liason of Indymedia Netherlands I am also asking the questions that 
came up:

1) What exacetly is that money for?
2) Why is UC-IMC asking for this money to be allocated to NYC IMC, and 
not the organizers themselves?

In fact we are quite astonished to see a proposal in which such an 
amount of money is asked for by a third party to be offered to 
organizers who apparently did not know about this proposal.
We are also astonished to see such an amount to be asked for a Northen IMC.
