Sascha,
In general, this sounds good to me.

Do they have a deadline by which they will know what is spent and what 
will be (if any) returned? Given the open-ended nature of the proposed 
budget, I just want to be certain that there's follow-up at the back end 
of things for accountability purposes for any left-over funding given UC 
IMC's responsibility for maintaining the integrity of the account, 
although not having been in on the whole discussion I assume this has 
probably already been addressed.
