El colectivo Indymedia Uruguay discutió el pedido 2004-F  y  cree necesaria
información adicional antes de tomar posición sobre esta propuesta.

1) Viendo que el pedido lo realiza IMC Urbana para el IMC NY, queremos saber
¿por qué la solicitud no fue realizada por el colectivo local que es el que está
planificando la cobertura de estas manifestaciones y por lo tanto el que mejor
puede decidir si necesita o no dinero y con qué fin?

2) ¿Necesitarán el dinero sólo en caso de que surjan imprevistos?
en experiencias similares anteriores ¿qué tipo de gastos se debieron asumir?
¿para qué fue necesario usar dinero extra?

IMC-Uruguay collective discussed the 2004-F request and we think
it is necessary additional information in order to take position about the 
request.
1) Considering that the request was done by IMC Urbana C. for the NY IMC, we 
want to
know, why the request wasn't made by the local collective? who is there 
planning the coverage of the demonstrations and therefore they are the ones who 
should say if they need money and for what
2) would you need the money just for emergencies? in previous similar 
experiences ,what kind of expenses were made? why was it necessary to use extra 
money?
