[Imc-finance] proposals 2004-F and 2004-G

just because the deadlines of the proposals 2004-F and 2004-G are coming up:

I don't think that we should decide on 2004-G (computer and techie for
Bolivia) before we have heard from IMC Bolivia, and before we get a
reply on the outstanding questions.

And we should not decide on 2004-F (RNC) before we have clarification
from other US IMCs involved. As far as I heard there are more IMCs 
involved in organizing this, but the list archives of the imc-rnc list 
are closed. Has there been any discussion on asking imc-finance for this 
kind of money and in this form?
(And are we really talking about some 60,000+ USD just to cover what 
will happen for a few days in an election?)
