Hi all.  I would like to remind that the computers to bolivia proposal
discussion ends tomorrow.  The questions that were posed have been
answered by both the bolivians and kim from portland who is doing much of
the work around this.

One imc has come out in support of it and unless there are any other
pressing concerns or last minute blocks (please no!!), I would like to
consider the proposal passed so we can get this equipment down there as
soon as possible.

And then, soon enough, we can all learn more of the Aymara and their
resistance, even possibly as a model for the rest of the world to base
dissent.
