[Imc-finance] Fwd: [Imc-africa] Dakar Communiqué

Hi imc-finance,

Just thought people on imc-finance may be curious to see some information 
that came out of the Dakar conference, a subject of much recent 
discussion.  Here is the "Dakar communique":

website the group worked on while in Dakar: 
http://imc-in-africa.so36.net.  Looks like, after everything, there were 
some very positive results of the conference.

Thanks to everyone who participated in the discussion of the conference on 
this list.  There will likely be another imc-Africa conference in a year or 
so, so the topic should be coming up again.  Imc-africa will try to start 
fundraising earlier this time. :)
