[Imc-finance] urgent: ars electronica application

dear all,

as you know, evan and me drafted an application for an award of ars 
electronica on short notice, basically due to the deadline coming up with 
in a day.

Some concern was raised by individuals on IRC so it was proposed to hand in 
the application, and then take some time to discus this further, and to 
withdraw it if necessary

Earlier experiences have shown that this subject has the potential to raise 
hig emotions, so please stay calm... and let's talk about this application
