[Imc-finance] urgent: ars electronica application

Dear all,

During the last meeting of the imc-qc collective we
discussed the criteria for fundraising and reached
consensus that (1) it is a fact of life that we need
money for our activities; (2) imc-qc itself has no
funds whatsoever and will be dependent on donations
and fundraising for any financial needs, even if we're
working on a shoestring budget; (3) whether it is for
a local collective or for global, "no strings
attached" is the bottomline for accepting any
financial support.

Though we didn't discuss this particular 'Ars
Electronica' proposal, I can say that imc-qc supports
it as it clearly qualifies for our general criteria.

Respect to clara and evan for the effort and the
well-written application.
