Alors que la guerre etatsunienne en Irak met le monde en effervecence, il est d'autres
sujets brulants que l'actualite ne peut occulter. Planifiees depuis juin dernier, le
samedi 12 avril aura lieu dans plusieurs villes du monde des manifestations pour
denoncer une autre guerre : la guerre a la drogue.
A l'occasion du sommet des Nations Unies sur les drogues qui se tiendra a Vienne du 8 au
17 avril 2003, la Coalition internationale des ONG pour une politique des drogues juste
et efficace (ICN) et sa branche europeenne (Encod) organisent le samedi 12 avril 2003,
des rassemblements sur le theme : "Seme ta graine" (de paix) au cours desquels des
laches de ballons charges de graines de cannabis, de pavot et de coca iront rejoindre
dans le ciel les F16 et autres B52 US.
Dans plus d'une centaine de villes en Espagne, a Vienne, a Copenhague, a Londres, de la
Jamaique a la Nouvelle Zelande... et meme a Paris, un rassemblement est prevu :
