'In God's Own Country' is set in Kasaragode, 
Kerala. For 30 years the Plantation Corporation 
of Kerala incessantly sprayed the hilltops 
there with Endosulfan - a toxic pesticide. The 
film documents the protest of the people of 
Kasaragode against these sprays.
