I have now seen some posts come in as far back as the 13th... 
apparently these were being held in quarantine and are now released. 
The major problem is that there are lots of non-ASCII posts, which 
must be hard to guard against. All of these are either commercial or 
pr0no spam. btw, have the imc-india and imc-mumbai lists been merged 
or do they work independently?
