My new friend Major Gen. Kostas Konstantinidis (Retd)
Member of the the Group of ex-NATO Generals for Peace & Disarmament,
from Greece, who recently met me in Rajasthan during the International=20
Peace Conference, has drafted the following petition which I support.
I also feel that it should get the widest support from the Peace Loving =
Citizens=20
of the World.
If Milisovic can be prosecuted, for crimes which he did not directly =
commit,
then George Bush and Tony Blair and their ass-ociates, who are directly =
connected
in world wide atrocities, too should be prosecuted. If not, these known
terrorists will tomorrow attack some other countries under some other
untenable pretexts. They should be jailed for their crimes against =
humanity.=20
We do not believe in barbaric death sentence, otherwise for their crimes =
against
humanity, they should be put on electric chairs. =20

Legal Action Against War =20
AND OCCUPATION CRIMES LAAWOC=20
We submit a lawsuit against :
1.. The President of the United States of America George Bush, the Vice =
President Dick Cheney, the Defense Minister Donalnd Ramsfelnd,=20
2.. The Vice Defense Minister Paul Wulfovic, the consultant of Ministry =
of Defense Richard Perle and Abraham Schulsky and Douglas Feith, all of =
them drafters and promoters of the war plan
3.. The British Prime Minister Toni Blair, the Foreign Secretary Jack =
Straw and the Defence Secretary =20
for waging an illegal war against Iraq causing death, injury to =
thousands of civilians and unmeasurable destruction . This war was =
made against Iraq on the pretense of having mass destruction weapons, =
thing that was proved false, because nothing was found.=20
It is argued that the war was illegal as it had no specific UN =
authority. While the Gulf War was carried out by a Coalition authorized =
under the Security Council, the current coalition was not mandated by =
the UN.=20
Furthermore, they are responsible for the intentional anarchy that =
created with their unorganized military occupation in Bagdahd and =
other towns in order to pander the heroic people of Iraq to accept the =
illigal occupation.
Especially they neglected to protect the Archeological Museum and the =
National Library of Bagdahd, with the result:=20
(a) the Museum to be looted wildly and many thousands of pricesless =
items to have lost and be destroyed by the mob; (b) the Library to be =
burned completely and its rare archaic books to have been lost.=20
They also neglected to give orders to their troops to protect the =
hospitals from looting and destruction, the burning of state =
buildings and stealing of properties of individuals etc. We think that =
all these barbaric actions were made on purpose, in order to defame the =
Iraqi people and all the Arab nation.
We must also note that :
(a) They used depleted uranium ammunitions and disperse bombs, against =
inhabited areas, prohibited by the Geneva Convention War Law, as well as =
by the ethical law.=20
(b) Although the director of the Bagdahd Archeological Museum =
expressed her warning to the American Military Authorities to guard the =
Museum, they neglected completely to protect it.=20
(c) According to the Geneva Convention War Law, the Occupation Forces =
have the responsibility :
(i) to take care for feeding the people, the medical care etc., =
they neglected their duties and left the=20
people in anarchy and chaos
(ii) keep the order in the occupied country and protect the =
people, the occupied state and individual=20
properties from looting and damage=20
(d) They applied strict and excessive cencorship of the prewar, during =
the war and after the war informations, that was worst than a =
dictatorship regime. The killing of more than 12 journalists by the =
American forces is=20
enough evidence .
There is no case that Iraq has either threatened or attacked the USA and =
UK, or their citizens or possessions.
