[Imc-india] IMC India PROPOSAL for EMERGENCY EDITORIAL POLICY : DEADLINE xx Sep 2003 (fwd)

Thank you for your hard work on this proposal, Boud,
and I am very sorry that my frustration boiled over
yesterday. I think that while the processes behind
Indymedia have been developed over time in response to
developments as they happen, it is hard for a
new-comer like myself to understand all the rules and
it all seems baffling. I am an activist, not a
bureaucrat, and I am a Bengali, so I am always a
trouble-maker in these situations! I have no interest
in threatening people, but what is being put up on
Indymedia goes way beyond legitimate free speech and
we all need to take action and achieve this consensus
for change.

I will post my modifications to your proposal later
today and look forward to hearing others' suggestions.

Ganesh.
