[Imc-india] IMC India PROPOSAL for EMERGENCY EDITORIAL POLICY : DEADLINE xx Sep 2003 (fwd)

Okay, before folks outside of the IMC-India collective
start trying to implement policy decisions, can we
please wait a few days to hear the Madurai collective?
