[Imc-india] Draft - WSF Funding Proposal

The draft proposal as is structured doesnt include money for audio 
streaming equipment . . . we are hoping very  much some of it can 
have to be carried  or brought in by activists attending from outside 
..... in Bombay we have a mikes, earphones, ....and some cables 
etc... Vickram can maybe fill us on this ....

I would suggest and invite, friends and activists coming from other 
IMC's or other radical media operations to give us a hand and carry, 
some net working cables, hubs, adapters, extension cords, and other 
stuff (may be list can be done) ... we can of course buy or rent 
stuff, but be we can keep the costs down to as much as we can, if 
people volunteer to carry some  spare equipment and/or things that 
they can take back with them
