Our hearts were gladdened to read in today's papers
re : your clear stand on American agression over Iraq.
This American Dadagiri all over the world has to end forthwith.
What we do not understand, however, is why, when our own people
agitate, they are lathi charged? Infact protests should
be allowed so that the powers that be, know the pulse of the people.
It is when we suppress people that Terrorism grows and mad
men like George Bush mushroom.
As an opposition leader could you please take this up?
Also, this security nuisance is becoming too much.
Just because two unwary drivers got into PM's cavalcade
by mistake they were booked, beaten up and jailed.
I have travelled extensively in some 56 countries and I am sorry
to say that only in India we make such nuisance about security
of people's representative. Look at 10 Downing and look
at 10 Janpath. Thus, they prevent you from becoming popular
with people.
Oflate the security is becoming more and more idiotic.
Your new CM -- Sushilkumar Shinde, for example, when he recently
attended the Swadeshi meeting in Mumbai with the PM,
he was being pushed by PM's two bodyguards.
Was the PM afraid that the CM may kill him or he being upper
caste did not want a SC person to touch him?
This I call security nonsense.
Dear Sonia, if you wish to become the Prime Minister, please
speak up like you did yesterday at Congress HQ on the death
anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi. [PTI report published in today's papers].
Feel the pulse of the people, talk people's language, articulate their
aspirations and vision and you will flower into a great leader on your
own, not as Nehru-Gandhi bahu. You are presently being cloistered,
like the cloistered nuns, by some puny Congressmen,
in the same way that Vajpayeeji is surrounded by saffron saints!!!! :)
