[Imc-india] Audio and a wrapup feature about the WSF

I don't see Arc on IRC so I guess he may be travelling or busy. I 
will post the line above on IRC now so that any other admin can act, 
if online now.

Is there a readymade template for doing this annotating? Will make it 
much easier, if it exists. Anyway, I can spend some time - maybe not 
every day, but regularly enough - to listen and annotate.
