Is the new IMC India site up and running yet? 

Did someone forget to update the DNS?

In just two weeks time, the World Social Forum will be held in Mumbai - 
this is a fairly urgent question, especially since the (renewed) IMC India
collective seems more active than the IMC Mumbai collective.
