In so far as there has been some discussion between IMC and MR2004, people
might like to check out my own take on the latter. It is too long to post

Rumour has it (as rumour will when the power forgets to inform the
uninformed and therefore supposedly unenlightened and supposedly
worse-equipped public) that there has been wheeling and dealing, in the
Mumbai equivalent of the corridors of power, between the relevant
counter-elites to avoid the earlier-expected public confrontations. I'd love
to know.
