[Imc-india] india.indymedia.org site is back up

Since the new India Indymedia has the ability to set up regional sub-sites, would anyone be interested in joining me in forming an east India indymedia group? This would cover Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Sikkim, Assam and other North-East states - perhaps also Orissa. It may be good to also start finding ways of allowing publication in local fonts. I'm particularly interested in enabling Indymedia to publish in Bengali and I think we could get the co-operation of Bengali linguists in this endeavour.

online. Pietro from indymedia Brazil did most of the work. It's got a 
new admin interface for managing the site as well as a generally 
reworked design. It allows for future expansion including topics, 
language support for all the local languages in India, regional sub 
sites, and a number of other nifty things.
