[Imc-india] Help wanted - comment on site redesign

Great to see that forward progress is being made on the redesign.
In general i understand the urgent need to fix the spelling error and
get rid of the politically problematic saffron color. It's important
that we move forward and this new design is a good step in the right
direction.
Personally i'm not too fond of the new colors. The light blue feels a
little garish and the pink and orange links are a little difficult to
read. The banner image is very dark and it's hard to make out what the
picture is of in comparison to the very light colors with the rest of
the site. And the links are a little hard to read in the banner
graphic.
Also the other thing which isn't included is a clear place to display
the different language links which will be there once we get the site
translated.
