we should reply to Evan's newswire proposal. in next few days. deadline Apr13.

i suggest we agree  and write sumething like :

London Working Group, one of the two London-based groups that administer the 
IMC UK website,  thinks the proposal should go ahead for the reasons given i  
proposal - etc

we post to uk-proces to see if London collective wants to agree also.

in any case we then send. as example of network back and forward comunication.
