Hi Butch,

good to hear from you :) and thank you for your words of support 
about the recent communications.

drawing from our work experience within indymedia
we wrote the constitution for imc-lwg. Please have a read through.

as well, we published some examples to clarify
what did we practicaly mean by it.

there's a recent example of somone setting up
a nested group to work on design of the web page.
check toby's email on lwg-work mail list.

however, if you dislike it, rewrite it.
as simple that. than you can use your own
constitution/charter to work, and we can work out how to collaborate.

in any case, we're happy to assist you
with geting involved in a way that you find appropriate.
