Art Bell Interviews Dr. Leonard Horowitz: Bioterrorism Expert Calls Homeland Security Emergency Health Plan "A Complete Scam" 

Sandpoint, ID - The nation's leading critic of the Bush 
administration's emergency preparedness policies in public health, including mass vaccinations, will discuss revelatory documents on America's most celebrated late night talk radio program this week-"The Art Bell Show."
Dr. Leonard Horowitz, who calls the administration's emergency preparedness plans "a complete scam," urges official inquiries into links between terrorist organizations, bio-terrorist threats and drug company profiteers. 

Dr. Horowitz, who holds a post-doctoral degree in public health from Harvard University, and is the author of the national bestselling book Emerging Viruses: AIDS & Ebola-Nature, Accident or Intentional? (Tetrahedron Press, 1998) argues very persuasively that profits are coming before people in a number of critical areas involving government
plans for biological and/or chemical attacks.   

In recent months, Dr. Horowitz's varied works have triggered several official inquiries. The U.S. General Accounting Office (GAO) was directed to investigate his theory that the AIDS pandemic resulted from laboratory manipulations and vaccine transmissions of mutated viruses.
In March, the FBI interrogated him regarding last year's anthrax mailings, not simply for his expertise. He was the first researcher in the country to alert federal officials that a pharmaceutical-industry-linked anthrax fright was underway. His warning to the FBI came one week before the first anthrax mailing was announced by the press. Likewise, his latest book was prognostic of the Sept. 11
terrorist attacks. Death in the Air: Globalism, Terrorism and Toxic Warfare (Tetrahedron Press, 2001), which has received widespread acclaim for its stunning documentation, exposed the multi-national corporate
links to global terrorist organizations three months before the terrorist attacks on New York and Washington. This book also fueled concerns of several legislators on Capitol Hill regarding the public health consequences of space-based weapons, and "white collar" bioterrorist links to recent West Nile virus outbreaks. In April, Dr.
Horowitz was selected by Rep. Christopher Shays (R-CT), to
cross-question federal health officials during a congressional hearing
on epidemic autism. The disease, which has dramatically increased, particularly in vaccinated populations, has been scientifically linked to mercury toxicity from childhood vaccinations.  Secreted government documents prove health agency officials were well aware of these risks to our nation's youth, yet continued to report otherwise.
