[Imc-lwg-work] proposal for first nested group

OK, here is the proposal for the first nested group within imc-london-wg. Lets 
add to/refine/change it and get it running:)

Description: A features group to work on the uk.indymedia.org (IMC UK) website. 
Call it "uk-features-wg" ?

I volunteer to begin as Coordinator for the group, contactable at 
richardmalter@riseup.net

Function/goals: To upload (highlighted-from-newswire(s)) feature stories to the 
middle column of the site. One feature a week for a period of three months 
beginning 24/12/2001. Two weeks notice if we decide to quit.

That's it. 


Other practicalities:- 

0) Put note and link to this proposal when finished onto imc-london-wg-general 
list as a summary of what nested groups already exist.
1) Put note and link to this proposal when finished onto imc-uk list to let 
everyone be aware.
2) Put notice of _each_ upload onto uk-features list [Lets use existing uk-
features list] for everyone to preview? Need time to give notice so that other 
group(s) can integrate their plans - suggest 6/12 hours?
3) Agree on either subject line or signature for emails from this group when 
posting onto existing uk-features and imc-uk lists for clarity.
