a. I don't like the use of blocks, where proposals of amendment are more
than enough to include changes to proposals.
b. I agree with your amendments to process proposal
c. I am forwarding the proposals to local imc, but seems to me deadline
is a little short (considering the traffic of the list lately)
d. I don't agree with your amendment of finance. I think its existence
is right enough for a imc to have voice in decisions.
