Proposal for a new group within imc-london-wg to redesign the 
uk.indymedia.org site pages.

goals:- a)to achieve a clear, clean and user friendly design for 
uk.indymedia.org
	b)to consider the design of site in the sophisticated 
environment of global web/media.

measurable terms:- 1. to produce a dummy version of the design in an 
acceptable format.
		   2. to place a functional version online for assessment.*
		      *this version will not be linked into imc datbases.
	           3. to go live with design.

continuation period:- 6 months > 1 year

notice period:- 1 month
