You will coordinate new group? Does the group comprise you (to begin with) 
[according to constitution OK]? 

* So any other comments or that is rough consensus? 

I think good idea if you put a note on uk-process list about this with link to 
your proposal mail; and also copy the proposal mail to 
imc-london-wg-general@lists.indymedia.org
so that [I propose we should do this as commmon practice in london-wg; we need 
to work out a searchable/easily recognizable subjectline format] first timers 
to the london-wg can scan what groups are up and running already].
