hi toby

hey this is really nice actually! very down to the basics.
well it's inspired by SF but actually does quite a nice
conceptual step beyond that - OK the idea of having the 
cities at the bottom is quite a good one, but what I mean 
is the distinction in the left column into 
NEWS AREAS - TOOLKIT - RESOURCES - PARTICIPATE...
reflecting on a lot of talks people had about the site in 
meetings never minuted I remember similar ways of clearing
out the underwood... anyhow it's nice to see someone thinking 
about structuring.

Have you got any idea how to implement this php-wise? 
Sorry to ask but your links are all in html so I'm not sure
inhowfar you've taken the present code into consideration.
The sf'ers do their "Features"/"NewsAreas" directory-based
so I'm not really sure how they do it... It's fine if you 
answer "what are you talking about?", just me being curious. 
anyhow i'd like to say great - it's good to see fresh ideas.
