[Imc-lwg-work] [docs] updated w summaries + process

i added summaries to our page with documents.
as well, to make it easier for the future, let's
use [docs] in the email subject for this work.

* process of updating documentation page *

when we first started, we said that there will be
a web interface to edit this page so that anyone
with basic html knowledged can do it.
however, i've been working on few other technical things since,
which drained all my energy to do any more technical work.

for now, i propose that people update themselves html
from that page and post it on this list in the body of the message.
for now, i will make sure that it gets on the server.
so: just do 'Save as' from your browser, edit source and post 
ONLY_CHANGES to html here. to prove my point that it is practicaly
possible to do it like this, i'll post the changes i did today in the
footer of this email. i want to see how badly will mailmanager break it.

what do you think?
can you, next tim you write summary, or have your next stage
completed (new design version for example) do this yourself
the way i proposed? would it work? 

to repeat, this is proposal for a temporary solution until
we have web based editing in place.
