Hi Toblo,
read your mail after seeing the mail below from richard:

From: Richard Malter <richardmalter@riseup.net>
To: new-imc@lists.indymedia.org, imc-uk-process@lists.indymedia.org
Subject: [Imc-uk-process] [Imc-lwg-work] [design] termination of project
and imc-london proposal comment

I just wanted to say that your description of communication with other
people working on redesign issues is not how I remember it - i attended
two, i think, meetings about redesign issues, at each of those and indeed
before hand people asked if you had been invited to attend, each time the
reply was that you had been invited but had not responded.
Looking back at my mail archive I can see that people did, yes, after your
initial mail in march saying you'd done a dummy frontpage, send you
encouraging mails that also pointed out some issues and made some
suggestions, but you did not reply.
As I also remember (and looking back at my mail archives to confirm) you
did not make any further contribution to the discussion or meeting feedback
after your initial mails.
If that is incorrect, and you did in fact engage in discussions, then I
apologise, but i certainly did not see it.
Finally it should be said that people thought your initial work modelling
the frontpage on the sf layout was good, and as detailed in the feedback
from a meeting, in your absence and without any other communication from
you, your design template was used as the basis for further development.
cheers,
dave
