1) New Editorial Guidelines proposed for UK site.

2) Imc UK Music. I feel very strongly that we either have to make a start at 
realizing the (new) idea (of a separate site altogether) or state that we are 
indefinitely held up, or give a time frame. Either is fine, but one of them, 
not just linger.

3) UK meeting - Toni you going? I won't be going. I think we need to put some 
ideas clearly - publish them so that they cannot be ignored or forgotten at the 
meeting, whether you are there or not. 

4) Re debate about features practices: we can easily maintain the arguments for 
multiple working practices. I can/have show easiiy that there is no problem - 
other than ideological hinderences. But, shall we let the subject rest, if it 
promotes 'misunderstandings' etc ( I would like to reply one more time - I 
think it is necessary so as not to leave inaccuracies as the last word), or 
shall we pursue change (now) - ?
