[Imc-lwg-work] re two dormant lists

Hello at listwork,

These two lists are no longer being used by the group that has now ceased 
working. They are getting spammed quite a bit. Is there a way to have some kind 
of automatic bounce-messages-back message put on them? 

Please keep the archives on both normally visible though.
