Well, even if everyone agrees on the two URLs above, there still
remains the question what to put on the file

http://www.indymedia.org/cities.inc

which in principle is automatically read in by each local IMC
and used for the left column (but it seems that mumbaidada has
not read in the latest copy - some sites read this in every day,
it's automatic, and this includes "sed" scripts for conversion
to local languages)

For cities.inc, you need to decide:

(a) the name (e.g. "Mumbai/Bombay", "Mumbai", "Bombay")
(b) which URL of the two above (assuming you stick with that decision)

to put in this file.

Notice that (b) will not be immediately visible to users, so you may
consider this to be a trivial decision. Again, if you don't decide,
then someone else (and i certainly don't know who - non-hierarchy
works in mysterious ways ;) will.

(a) *will* be visible to users at sites which use the cities.inc file,
so is probably a more important decision
