hi everyone,

shekhar asked about the local/elsewhere distinction in
dadaimc. if an article has been marked wrong, you can
change it by logging in as an editor, then editing the
article. just check or uncheck the 'local' box and save.

there are two possibilities for changing this distinction.
the first is if spud decides to change it within dadaimc. i
think i remember that he said he might be willing to make
it more general, so that you could define how many sections
there are and what they are called. whether or not he would
be interested in making it possible to turn it off, i can't
say.

someone may want to send an email to
dadaimc@lists.dadaimc.org explaining how your group would
like to use it.

the second possibility is that we customize your copy of
dadaimc to remove the distinction. i'm still not too
familiar with the code, but it shouldn't be too hard.
easier still would be to change the words "local/elsewhere"
to "national/elsewhere", or whatever.

let me know what you think,
