hi scott,
i didn't realise it was so serious - i thought it was just something
rather trivial. Don't feel bad about the problems - many of us try to
do too much - we're all allowed to be human. Anyone who wishes to blame
you should instead ask why they didn't ask you earlier and offer to help.
BTW, for data recovery, google should have most of it if you or someone
else is quick, but you probably need a spider or something if you want
to download more than a handful of files.
