Dear new-imc, imc-mumbai,
sanjay just told me that the editorial policy on the site
is only the software template, it's *not* the editorial policy
discussed by the group - sorry about any confusion resulting from
my mistake in trying to speed up the process...
So please *ignore* the message:

So it seems like the IMC Mumbai/Bombay people will have their editorial
policy and decision-making policies on the list archive and/or their
site soon, at least from the minutes of the recent meeting, but we
still need to wait a few days or so...
The question regarding outreach to Dalits/Adivasis is an independent
question:
http://lists.indymedia.org/mailman/public/new-imc/2002-July/003835.html
but in that message (cc-ed to imc-mumbai), please *ignore* the
references to the "editorial policy" and to the pages:
http://mumbaidada.bandwidthcoop.org/info/
which should be considered as unedited templates (at least for the
moment).
solidarity,
