[IMC Bombay] Screening of FIRE WITHIN

Dear Friends

We are screening Sri Prakash's new film FIRE WITHIN on Thursday 26th of
September at Comet Resource Centre, Topiwala Lane Municipal School, opposite
Lamington Road Police Station, Mumbai 400 007.

The film tells the story of the Indian coal industry spanning the last 150
years, documenting the impact of the coal industry on the environment and
the indigenous people of Jharkhand.

Sri Prakash will be at the shows to discuss the films with you. As you know,
he has made several documentary films, among them BUDDHA WEEPS IN JADUGODA
on the environmental and health hazards of uranium mining in Jharkhand, and
KIS KI RAKSHA? on the issues surrounding the Netarhat Field Firing Range.

There will be two shows at 4pm and 6pm, and the duration of the film is 57
minutes. It is in Hindi with English subtitles.
